  • Mood: Content
  • Watching: NGE
  • Playing: Super Mario Bros. (and -still- sucking)
  • Eating: Cup Noodles
  • Drinking: Coca-Cola
Recently I have rediscovered Neon Genesis Evangelion. The first time I watched it I was little, so lots of stuff just flew over my head (and even then I only watched a few of the more tame episodes), all I cared about was the robots that were kicking ass and taking names. :icondivalea: had gotten two of the robots (Eva 01 and Eva 02), but that was loong ago. Ever since then I wondered from time to time "What was the name of the toy line?", since even now I am still deeply in love with them.

Curiosity satisfied. :>
Funny thing for the day: My brother turned on the hose and made a mudpit out of the backyard, but that's not what's funny. When we told him to come inside, he turned the hose on us (us more or less meaning the ones who DID get soaked, me and my dad). Only mom had the bright idea to shut the door when he turned around to get you.
Oh well, it'd be funnier if I had pics or a video of it, which leads me to somenot so good news.
My bro killed my camera (dubbed Sunstreaker) recently, in the same fashion that he has taken out three others with. He jammed the lens into a permanent position, and there's no way to put it back. :( Well, that's what I get for leaving it out. (-sniff- Poor Sunstreaker)

Oh, and I can not express how glad I am that it's Summer Vacation. I've got more time again for projects and sketching, maybe I'll remember to scan some stuff and put it up tomorrow! C: I'm also taking another step and practicing my writing skills, although I won't be ready to post anything for awhile.

The discovery of NGE is a revelation everyone should experience :D It got me into mechas again. I loved them as a kid then eventually forgot about them. Then one day I came across NGE...I now know I can die happy :XD:

I lol at your hose incident!

Behold one of nature's biggest mistakes, The Fly: small, fast, annoying and exceedingly fun to annihilate with a swatter! Ah ha! *SPLAT!*

Sooo...felt-tip sketches anyone? [link]

Ditto. Now that I'm older I can better understand and appreciate it. :)

You never realize how cold the water is until someone turns the hose on you. O:

As god as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.

O:

I have episodes 1-6 (minus ep 5) on my iPod, but the audio for some reason went wonky during the download and it's horribly out of sync. XD
